Angela Phung has built and led over 20 consumer brands across retail, hospitality, and food over the past 15+ years - from a $30K fashion startup that grew to $2.8M in revenue, to an experiential event that grew attendance by 700% over nine years, to a regional restaurant brand she helped scale to 9 locations.


She's wired her own P&L, built organic audiences from zero without paid ad spend, and led teams across every stage from idea to scale. That hands-on range gives her a real-world perspective most consultants can't offer. Angela's not theorizing about what works, she's done it, repeatedly, across very different categories.


Angela now works with founders and established business owners who are ready to treat their business like a brand: sharper positioning, stronger customer experience, and marketing that actually converts. Her approach is direct, hands-on, and outcome-driven.

Conceived and produced an annual experiential fashion event, growing attendance from 60 to nearly 500 guests (a 700%+ increase over a nine-year run), while managing sponsor relationships, budget, and production end-to-end.

Grew a fashion retail brand from a $30K startup to $2.8M in revenue over 8 years. Built an organic social following of 100,000+ and a customer base strong enough that single posts would sell out inventory online the same day.

Took a QSR concept from idea to execution, generating $200K in first-year sales from a $60K initial investment.

KIDSCAPE - KIDS INDOOR PLAYGROUND

Creative Director & Experience Designer

[2009 - 2012]

Built a 10,000 sq ft family entertainment concept from the ground up (brand, programming, partnerships, and customer experience) designed to drive repeat visitation in a category with no loyalty by default.

BEN THANH RESTAURANT

Creative Director & Growth Strategist

[2005 - 2011]

Led a full brand repositioning and modernization for a regional restaurant group, supporting its expansion from a single location to 9 across Southwestern Ontario (including a centralized production kitchen to keep quality consistent at scale).
